When you order from us, your order will fall into one of three categories, which we believe will form a fair format satisfying all order requirements fairly.
The order categories are as follows:
1)Orders placed with an order value of up to £10.00 + vat will be charged a carriage of £3.50 + vat.
2)Orders placed with a value of £10.01 + vat up to £95.00 + vat, will be charged a carriage of £3.99 + vat.
3)Orders placed with an order value of above £95.00 + vat will be CARRIAGE FREE.* (UK Mainland except Highlands and Islands).
* = Highlands, Northern Ireland, Northern Isles, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and offshore Islands = £3.99 up to the first 1Kg. We will contact you with carriage cost for orders with weight above 1Kg.
We can deliver orders worlwide, we will contact you with the cost to send your order to you.
UK delivery is normally 1-3 days, subject to stock, if placed before 11.00 am, and we will do our very best to ensure this, but please allow an extra day if you do not receive it as this may be due to volume of orders going out.
4) Orders to Europe weighing up to 1Kg will be charged a standard carriage of £7.98. We will contact you with cost for sending orders weighing above 1Kg.
5) Orders to USA and Canada weighing up to 1Kg will cost a standard carriage of £10.97. We will contact you with cost for sending orders weighing above 1Kg.
6)Orders to Australasia weighing up to 1Kg will cost a standard carriage of £15.96. We will contact you with cost for sending orders weighing above 1Kg.
For all orders placed outside of these countries, please contact us for a delivery cost and we will give you our best possible rate.
PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU ARE PLACING AN ORDER FROM OUTSIDE EU COUNTRIES WHERE VAT IS NOT CHARGEABLE, WE WILL REFUND THE VAT BACK TO YOU ON RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER. |
